The Odsal Ling city center is directed by Lama Tsering Everest and was originally founded by H.E. Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche in 1993. It is the main facility for the program of introductory and in depth teachings that are conducted on a regular basis by Lama Tsering. There is also a daily schedule of pujas (meditation sessions) done at the center, as well as monthly pujas done on sacred days.

The center has been recently relocated to a building that allows for more space as well as more accessibility. The shrineroom has been well adapted to the spacious main floor and Lama Tsering and many of her students are now able to reside in close proximity
